JJ McAuliffe, owner and operator of McAuliffe's Pub in the south-west corner of Racine, had been looking to become a part of Racine's booming downtown. That dream became reality with the help of partners Steve Hawkins and Drew Hansen. The property that is now McAuliffe's On the Square was obtained in May 2007 and, after a 7 week rehab, officially opened on June 21. We carefully examined and scrutinized every detail and opened a club that we are all proud of. Consider yourself invited.
